After years of climbing, I arrived exactly where many of my members do: decorated, depleted, and operating on a structure that was never designed to hold what I’d built.

In my early thirties, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. That diagnosis did not inspire me. It exposed me. It made visible what I had been unwilling to see, that I had been building success in ways that required my constant depletion to sustain.
The faces of children I hadn’t yet had clarified what I was risking. So, I did more than simply recover. I redesigned.
I restructured how I worked. I re-positioned how I earned. I built wealth vehicles outside my primary income. I created boundaries that protected my energy rather than negotiating it away.
